Description
The VA-DLC-100 dummy load capacitor module is used for speaker line surveillance based on impedance measurement. When multiple speakers are installed with long wiring, the VA-DLC-100 provides a reliable monitoring method to detect open circuits in the entire speaker line—even at the last speaker. The module features a 4-step DIP switch, with each step corresponding to a specific speaker line power load. To determine the appropriate switch setting, use the Setup Wizard on the LCD front panel of the BTQ-VM4/VM8 controller or access it via the BOUTIQUE web browser. The system will automatically calculate the speaker line power load.
